Onze visie

Toekomstgerichte organisaties zullen wendbaar zijn, collaboratief en lerend. Om dit mogelijk te maken, zullen bedrijfsleiders rekening moeten houden met het volgende: 

1.  Lijnmanagers zijn de echte HR-managers.  
2.  People analytics & insights staan centraal.  
3. HR mgmt model moet worden vereenvoudigd en "geïntegreerd", zoals financiën. (*)

(*)  Financiën zijn georganiseerd rond één enkel ecosysteem (met inbegrip van een standaardrekeningstelsel) dat door iedereen wordt ontzien en gedeeld. HR moet nu dezelfde aanpak volgen door 6 sleutelprocessen te integreren: organisatiedesign, competentie, prestaties, talent, beloningsmanagement & resourceplanning. Dit is ook de sleutel voor het produceren van relevante people analytics.

The Crosstalent talent management application has been using the Q7 Leader solution for almost 2 years now.

Crosstalent is a provider of HR and business management solutions in SaaS mode. Since 2012, they have been developing two activities that feed on each other: the publishing of Cloud software and the integration of these solutions for their Customers.
